PARAGOULD – The Crowley’s Ridge College Pioneer Baseball team inked a new member on Thursday morning.

Austin Copeland from Chaffee, MO signed his letter of intent to continue his education and baseball career as a Pioneer for the coming 2018-2019 school year.
During his time at Chaffee High School, Copeland earned All-District and All-Conference honors his Freshman, Sophomore, and Senior seasons. He also was named All-State his Sophomore and Senior years.
The newest Pioneer will play in the outfield and be in the pitching rotations for CRC.
Head Coach Brenden Camp says, “Austin is a good signee for us. He has a lot of potential at the plate, as well as on the mound and in the outfield. I think he will be a good player for us next season. We are glad to have him.”
Congratulations, Austin and welcome to the Pioneer family!
